1972 – GIMON is set up as a company after a few years of training and experience of the partners in the farming sector.

1974 – A new factory and offices are built on a 10,000 square metre site.

1980 –The food division is created, thus expanding the areas of work.

1990 – In this decade the food industry undergoes a great evolution and GIMON grows along with it.

1999 – We internationalise the company with installations in America.

2002 – The European Food Safety Authority is set up and procedures relating to food safety are laid down. GIMON introduces all the necessary changes established by the EU regulatory framework in record time. 2005 – The first machine for the automation of continuous welding in tank manufacturing is acquired.

2009 – Implementation of new software in the technical office to design the installations in 3D. This department has been innovating until the present day. This department is in constant recycling until today.

2011 – We commit to an emerging product ‐the industrialisation of sourdough-­ by building the first industrial sourdough plant in Spain.

2014 – The manufacturing area is expanded, doubling the existing capacity, and a 22-meter-high tower is built, thus facilitating the production of large-capacity tanks.

2016 – Total renovation of the welding systems, acquiring cutting edge technology to offer a better finish in less time, thus reducing costs and maximising efficiency. These investments are made regularly every 2/3 years. These investments are made regularly every 2/3 years.

2019 – We reach the figure of 10,000 successfully completed projects.

2022 – GIMON celebrates 50 years of history ans remains one of the benchmark companies in the liquid storage and dosing sector.

2023 – The remodeling project of the commercial and technical offices begins.
