GIMON provides solutions for all liquid ingredients used in the industrial pastries manufacturing process. In the design of tanks and pipes, we offer cooling, heating and insulation options, as well as a wide range of agitators depending on the needs of each product. All of them are made with cutting-‐edge plasma welding, providing the backing system.
To help the client maximise his product we implement the GI-PIG system, through which we recover almost all the product, without altering it and allowing it to be reused. This Pigging system minimises product waste and CIP cleaning times.
The systems we implement give as much importance to cleanliness as they do to production. Our installations comply with the latest food safety standards. They are entirely made of stainless steel and have a CIP (Clean In Place) system available as an option.
Our automatic liquid dosing process for the preparation of fillings and doughs for industrial bakery products is fully monitored by our own control software. We bring maximum efficiency and robustness to the process, as well as assistance to minimise incidents.
Chocolate toppings or fillings are the most demanded by many of our customers. We offer solutions to make sure the product reaches the enrobing machines in optimum conditions, providing reliability in the tempering and decrystallisation process.
We offer global control solutions, creating customised automation programmes to maximise uptime and optimise the performance of our customers’ installations.
