GIMON provides solutions for all the liquid ingredients used in the nougat and shortbread cookies manufacturing process.
We design and manufacture mixing tanks for the production of shortbread cookies and nougats, with capacity, height and diameters according to the customer’s needs.
Both in the mixer tanks and in the pipes, we offer cooling, heating and insulation options, as well as a wide range of mixers depending on the needs of each product. All of them are made with cutting-‐edge plasma welding, providing the backing system.
GIMON’s speciality is the changeover from liquid fat, received in bulk, to semi-‐solid fat ready for automatic dosing to kneading machines or mixers. This automation offers economic and quality advantages compared to the manual handling of solid blocks, such as the reduction of product waste and the homogeneous dosing of fat into the mixer.
The systems we implement give as much importance to cleanliness as they do to production. Our installations comply with the latest food safety standards. They are entirely made of stainless steel and have a CIP (Clean In Place) system available as an option.
Our CIP consists of an industrial cleaning system in stages by rinsing with clean water, hot water, recovered water, purified water, diluted acid, diluted soda or disinfectant solution, depending on the application.
We offer global control solutions, creating customized automation programs to maximize uptime and optimize the performance of our clients’ facilities.
