We intervene in the process of storing and automatic dosing of oils in the manufacturing of snacks. We are also involved in the recycling of used frying oils and their dispatch to the tanker truck.

For this purpose, we design and manufacture decanter tanks and oil filtering systems, to incorporate them back into the production process in optimum conditions. 

Our in-­line mixing equipment allows us to dilute micro ingredients to flavour the product. In products such as popcorn, we can dilute micro ingredients such as oil and salt to different percentages at the request of the customer’s recipe. In addition to mixing, the diluted product is unloaded and stored.
