The department is made up of a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians highly trained to design and develop food and/or agricultural facilities for the addition and dosing of liquids.
We offer basic and detailed engineering to facilitate customer decision making and optimal implementation of the equipment in their facilities.
Turnkey projects
We carry out turnkey projects, providing a complete and personalized service of design and execution of the installation. This allows us to offer more direct communication with the client, have greater control of the process, avoiding design errors and minimize delays in execution, offering an optimal finish and operation.
Process automation
GIMON offers global control solutions, creating tailor-made automation programs to maximize uptime and optimize the performance of our clients’ facilities. Carrying out studies according to the specifications of each project, minimizing costs and complying with the applicable regulations in each sector.
Optimization of processes
In recent decades, GIMON has invested a lot of effort in improving the manufacturing, assembly and implementation process of our facilities, to minimize on-site intervention times as much as possible and thus interfering as little as possible in the production processes of each client.
Boilermaking
We have our own boilermaking department with state-of-the-art machinery and highly qualified personnel to be able to adjust to our high manufacturing standards.
After sales service
Once the installation is commissioned, we recommend preventive maintenance to our clients to extend the useful life of the installation and maintain its maximum efficiency levels.
We offer quick and personalized advice from our technicians, both in person and online, to solve possible incidents or changes in the operation of the facilities.
