Fondant
The fondant machines offered by GIMON S.L. for the preparation of this topping can mix with 3 agitation systems: wall scraping for a better thermal exchange, mixing to homogenise the product and emulsifier to obtain an optimum finish.
We can use different glucose and fats and, depending on the percentage of cocoa, prepare the fondant to measure, emulsifying and changing the temperature in the different phases of the process.
The pipes are made with the latest plasma welding technology, providing the backing system. We implement the GI‐PIG system, through which we recover almost all the product, without altering it and being able to reuse it. This Pigging system minimises product waste.
