Chocolate

In the chocolate manufacturing processes, GIMON offers solutions for all the necessary liquid ingredients. In the design of tanks and pipes, we offer cooling, heating and insulation options, as well as a wide range of agitators depending on the needs of each product, all of them made with the latest plasma welding technology and providing the backing system.

We have developed our own range of melters, which we can adapt to the needs of each customer. Our machinery is suitable for different fats and cocoa‐derived products, giving the possibility of melting blocks from 25 to 1,000 kg.

The systems we implement give as much importance to cleanliness as they do to production. Our installations comply with the latest food safety standards and are made entirely of stainless steel.

Our automatic liquid dosing process for chocolate formulation is fully monitored by our control software. We bring maximum efficiency and robustness to the process, as well as assistance to minimise incidents.

We offer solutions so that the product reaches the storage tanks in optimum conditions taking into consideration its homogenisation and providing reliability in the tempering process.

To help the client maximise his product we implement the GI-PIG system, through which we recover almost all the product, without altering it and allowing it to be reused. This Pigging system minimizes product losses.
