In industrial bakery manufacturing processes, GIMON offers solutions for all the necessary liquid ingredients. In the design of tanks and pipes, we offer cooling, heating and insulation options, as well as a wide range of agitators depending on the needs of each product, all of them made with the latest plasma welding technology and providing the backing system.
To help the customer maximise his product, we implement dough recovery systems. In this process, the dough and the product loss are diluted and converted into leaven to be dosed back into the mixers. Thanks to the design, and according to EHEDG directives, we obtain a safe and 100% functional dough.
GIMON designs and manufactures equipment for the dosing of liquid sourdough, automating the process for its dosing at the stage of preparation of the product.
The systems we implement give as much importance to cleanliness as they do to production. Our installations comply with the latest food safety standards. They are entirely made of stainless steel and have a CIP (Clean In Place) system available as an option.
